How our Classes are Structured

Every class is thoughtfully designed to balance fun, physical safety, proper technique, and artistic expression.

01 The Warm-Up~15% of class We kick off with dynamic stretching, gentle cardio, and joint mobility games. This safely elevates heart rates, loosens up muscles on our professional sprung floors, and mentally transitions dancers into focus mode.
02 Technique & Drills~35% of class The building blocks of dance! Students practice across-the-floor progressions, posture, balance, and foundational footwork. We focus on proper body alignment and muscle memory to build strength safely.
03 Choreography~35% of class This is where the magic comes together. Dancers learn step sequences to music, building cognitive retention, musicality, and confidence as they prepare for performance opportunities oAn our professional stage.
04 The Cool-Down~15% of class We end with static stretching while muscles are warm to improve flexibility and aid recovery. We always conclude with a traditional bow (reverence) to celebrate hard work, respect, and class achievements.

Music Hall Stage

Did we mention the stage?

Dance Line

Most dance studios only let students step onto a stage once or twice a year. We do things differently. Our Richmond Hill dancers train with direct access to our on-site, 200+ seat professional performance hall.

By regularly practicing under real stage lights and mastering their spacing on a true stage, they conquer stage fright and build genuine performance confidence long before the final showcase.

Our Dance Team

Behind every great dancer is an exceptional mentor. To launch our inaugural year, we have brought together some of the Greater Toronto Area's absolute best dance teachers, choreographers, and industry experts. Our faculty blends elite professional experience with a passion for teaching, ensuring every student receives top-tier instruction in a completely welcoming environment.
