What Is Rock Skool?

Long & McQuade play graphic

Rock Skool at Long & McQuade Richmond Hill is a dynamic, performance-based rock band program where students learn to rehearse, perform, and grow together as a band. Designed for kids, teens, and young adults who are already learning an instrument or voice privately, Rock Skool takes your musical education to the next level.

From playing your first chords with others to locking into a groove on stage, students experience the full journey of what it means to be in a real band—while learning invaluable skills in teamwork, performance, and musicality.

Who is Rock Skool For?

Learn. Perform. Shine.

Private Lessons Are Only the Beginning

Learning an instrument one-on-one is powerful—but music is meant to be shared. Rock Skool bridges the gap between private instruction and real-world performance. Students apply their technical skills in a live group setting where they learn to listen, collaborate, and lead.
